Why were the machines done away with, to have everything on your phone means some of your clients cannot access priority boarding.
Also, the confirmation e mail to show the person at security took a long time coming through which meant I was refused priority boarding to begin with. Had I not gone back a second time and pleaded with the employee I may have missed my flight
