Barrier did not lift when exiting car park after inserting ticket. Got a message on screen saying I had to pay 11 pounds extra despite the fact I had paid in advanced through your website and I was picking the car an hour earlier. Had to call for help and problem was solved efficiently however things like this should not happen especially after a long day of traveling. Suggest you talk to your IT consultant to find out where the disconnect is between website reservation system and the ticket reader in the automatic gate system.
