The Short Stay service offering is hugely beneficial and the easy online booking system works very well and minimises any stress for making travel arrangements. In addition, I have always found the staff to be very polite and helpful. My only critique would be that on the previous two (2) consecutive occasions, when I have put in my card at the barrier to exit the car park it has advised that there was still an 'outstanding balance' to be paid. Having pre-paid for the service, this is at first a shock, however a quick press on the call for assistance button has resolved matters. This may however be something which can be improved going forward to reduce instances of this happening. Thank you.
