This is my first problem, ever, with this car park. I'd prebooked parking, but NPR camera hadn't recognised my number plate and wanted payment when leaving. Help desk staff excellent. It only took a couple of minutes to find booking, and raised the barrier. (Esp my car was freezing cold)
