I recently purchased a 120" Electric Projector Screen. However, my excitement was short-lived as I encountered an issue with the screen. It started curling in from the edges (both left and right), which significantly distorted the projected image. I hoped that letting it hang for a few days would rectify the issue, but unfortunately, it did not. I reached out to the seller, providing a detailed description of the problem and even attached a picture for clarity. However, my request for assistance was met with complete silence. The lack of response from the seller was disappointing, to say the least. As a customer, I expected a certain level of after-sales service, especially when the product delivered was not up to the mark. I am writing this review to share my experience and to make potential buyers aware of the product issue and the seller’s unresponsiveness. I hope no one else has to go through the same frustrating experience. /Larsoe
