While I do appreciate the idea of Able, the experience has just been pretty awful. The meal plans and training tips are not so good, though issues with the app's continuous bugs and crashes make it hard to keep going. Multiples of times, my progress data got lost. Until these issues are fixed, it's hard to recommend.
