Took me a while to understand the instructions as they are just pictures, got a bit confused which way round to fix the underside of the seat but I got there in the end. Perfect chair for working at my desk four hours, very comfy indeed, helpful that you can adjust the back so it supports lower back when leaning forward to write on the desk. I have highly recommended this company & chair to my family and friends, (my brother said the back looks a bit like a cartoon elephant!) It looks so smart people have noticed the new chair through Zoom, I've turned the camera to show them and it's had nothing but positive comments. Would not normally spend too much on a office chair but I have many, more months of Zoom meetings and office work to carry on with at home (don't we all!!), it's worth every penny.
