My product was delayed and when I contacted Abroco about it, they instantly showed interest and ensured that the package was delivered to me the next day, very pleased with their customer service. The product itself is a GT series gaming chair, it is very comfortable and pretty much perfect for me the flaws I have with it are 2 in particular: 1. a minor one but the seat came with a plastic wrap on it which is no problem obviously but the chair arm rests were already attached over the plastic which made it impossible to get the plastic out from under the metal holding the arm rest in place again a minor one but slightly annoying and 2. the seat has already got a lined crease from the top right corner coming to the centre I assume there is too much material there causing it to stick out and obviously fold and crease when sat on but other than those 2 things the chair is very good indeed. Maybe also put a manual showing how to attach the cushions I had to ask someone for how they did it. Overall, satisfied with my product and the service provided other than the delay from DHL.
