Easy to order with speedy delivery. Heavy box to manhandle upstairs alone, I had to wait for assistance. Clear assembly instructions. All went well until one of the four bolts, needed to attach the mechanism assembly to the seat, never lined up correctly, or was threaded incorrectly. I managed to get it to turn a few times, but then it stopped. I tried all 4 bolts but none went in fully. I purchased some washers to pack out the bolt, so it held firm to the assembly. Also, the chairs rocks side-to-side on the main assembly and I will be asking the manufactures if that can be fixed. I've attached photos of the bolt and the rocking problem area.
