Great Service, delivery was very quick and the product well packaged. As for the chair, it's all I had hoped for. As you can see from my messy Livingroom just after the build there is my old Argos office chair I used to use with loads of cushions and jumpers to make it more comfy, it still wasn't. This chair is very comfy, well built. has a lot of functions and versatile and great value for money. . So more in-depth info - I feel given the quality of the chair it will last a long time, so far it's very comfy on the back and bottom. For me, the bottom back cushion is great for keeping my back straight and with support off cushioning behind the lower back. I use the chair for gaming and PC for the general Internet and watching Youtube etc. Using the fully upright position when gaming and more reclined for watching videos or films, without the pain of long-term use. I should know about long-term use as I am in the chair a lot, my Couch and Sofa Chairs are further back, and I only use them when watching big TV which is a rare occurrence these days. I have tried it fully reclined and it's solid but I wouldn't have it fully reclined and on rocking mode, at the same time, as then I am not so sure how stable it would be. I prefer rocking mode for gaming as I move a lot when gaming and rocking mode on this chair is just great. I don't use the head cushion provided except for when reclined watching youtube or whatever, otherwise for me, it's uncomfy in more upright positions. The only complaints I have seen on this chair is hard armrests. They are actually fine, not fully plastic as they have a decent amount of memory foam in them. I would much rather have harder arms than a softer comfier armrest that doesn't last and ends up wearing away and breaking. I don't use the armrests much for gaming as it hinders my arm movement but I do rest arms on them watching TV etc and for shorter periods of a few hours at least I don't feel they are harder than other ones I have rested arms on. In fact probably better. And for me, rest is what they are for. I don't know why you would be sitting with full arms on them all the time. I use them as and when I feel arm and shoulder fatigue and rest for a while. I do most of my arm resting on my PC desk with a nice thick mouse mat on it. The only slight grump I have is one of the screws to fit the side plastic covers at bottom of the backrest was dodgy and didn't screw-in great. The cross in the screw had a bit of metal in it like it had been molded wrong and I have it slightly in enough to hold the plastic cover on but not firmly in. I would suggest as you have plenty of extra washers etc in the set that you have one extra screw-in case one is threaded or in this case, won't take any screwdriver cause it has a deformed cross-section. Cut back on the 20 something extra washers and give us an extra screw is my suggestion. I haven't tried the expensive brand gaming chairs but be hard to imagine they were 100 to 200 quid better than this if they were better at all which is doubtful.
