Hi both, I was on annual leave last week so apologies for the delayed response but I just wanted to feedback on how brilliant the training was on 19th/20th February. Ian was a brilliant trainer and the fact that it was just us meant that we could really make the training relevant to us and have our own discussions as we were going through the 2 days. I know that we got off to a bumpy start but Ian more than made up for it and it was well worth the myself and the team being out for 2 days – we’re already using it in the correct way, it’s saving us lots of time already!
