A payment of 28.99 as come out of my bank and i have not a clue who you are or how you have taken money out of my account after speaking to 1 of your advisors a have a account which i did not authorise .it as now been closed i have emailed as was told to by your advisor for a refund 3 days and not a reply .please can you refund my money or at least read your emails and respond
