the website is generally user-friendly but there were a few instances where I found the navigation a bit confusing. Some sections were not as intuitive, which made it harder to find what I was looking for. After spending some time, I got the hang of it, but an improved layout would be beneficial. I'd rate the user experience 4 stars.
