Stopped by Ace in Durango again and Chris saw me right away, called me by name with a big smile and asked me how I was enjoying my new Ego snow blower, which I absolutely love. I even got a credit on my electric bill. Then he helps me find everything on my shopping list, along with an new Ego lawn mower with a huge rebate discount and a ton of info about Ego kit discounts.
This is the BEST customer service I've experienced since I moved to Durango, last year.
