Worst experience with a “supplier” I have ever had.. communication non existent. Ordered a table in January 13th 2023, which had a delivery timescale of 2 to 4 weeks, then the invoice stated 4 to 6 weeks, which I was fine with, very talkative at the beginning until I had paid the deposit. the 4 to 6 weeks had passed and nothing from him even though I had been asking for dates quite a few times so I could make myself available. his van had broke down and he was playing catch up he eventually replied, ended up getting and date on the 4th March that he would be down my way between Wednesday and Friday that week, Friday came and nothing, no contact, nothing. So I contacted him as he was posting jobs offshore the days he was meant to be down with me.. (he apologised) said he was offshore, he said he would contact me with new date then never did, even though I had been messaging most days asking, he just ignored my messages .. so I had enough at this point and requested a refund on 16th March, to Which he said he’d check how much it was and get it back, 12 messages later and still no refund, he reads the message and doesn’t respond.. very frustrating. clearly there is many people in the same boat as me waiting for tables or refunds since last year it’s not on. I will be taking legal action, even if it isn’t a massive amount of money, it’s a fair amount to me. how he runs his business it’s not right that he gets away with it, I certainly won’t let it go. My advice is use someone else, someone reputable, that knows how to run a business.. this guy will take your money and run. DO NOT USE
