I could not recommend this firm any less, they have destroyed the garden areas of my building and now residents will have to incur some not insignificant expense to undo the damage this company has caused. This company was responsible for maintaining the gardens of the building I live in for a number of years. They have in their tenure completely neglected to maintain any part of it and is completely destroyed in parts. Incidents and observations of their terrible service as below: Staff members consistently use the time allocated for work to consume their lunch then charge for the time spent on site. Staff members use a leaf blower to blow leaves and refuse under cars countless times rather than take any time to properly clean it. Make no attempt to clear weeds. They grow yearly to six- seven feet in height during the summer despite being paid to attend fortnightly. Repeatedly dump plant refuse on site and not clear them. Then subsequently charge again for the removal of these materials. They refused to clear leaves from the site since late October. Ace Pro claimed they had a verbal contract with the management company KMP Solutions that their garden contract did not include picking up leaves or any other refuse at all. They provided no evidence of this contract nor did anyone know who agreed it. They demanded to be paid more to remove leaves as part of an already terrible garden service. Piles of leaves are still on site in May. It has contributed to moss growing all over the grounds and a rodent infestation. Stopped attending to the site despite being paid to do so over winters months. To refute this claim they provided evidence they were on site for 20 minutes in November.
