Avoid at all cost worst customer service known to man , had my laptop 6 months its spent 3 and a half weeks and counting broken , first time they repaired it on the cheap at some place called stone group , came back 3 days later literally blows up sparks everywhere, smoke coming out of it completely bricked , so obviously we'll mithed called acer they said they was gonna repair it this time and because it was a health and safety hazard likely receive a replacement or a refund, few days later sone one from acer calls says it will be a replacement or refund as its health and safety, 3 or 4 days pass not heard out so ring them again , we will look into it for you , again nothing for a few days then recieved a email your laptop is awaiting parts to be repaired lol and now every message goes unanswered or if you ring they deny ever saying they said it would be a replacement or refund even though they record there calls and this has been said a few times , went to trading standards they told me they have to give me the minutes of the conversations between us acer refusing and now saying they conviently don't have that call , honestly avoid this company the customer service is beyond embarrassing, bunch of lairs everyone of them
Also read the other reviews clear as day they don't care and lie even though they record there calls still lie through there teeth
