Asbolute f'ing joke of a company. Leaving customers on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes only to be told that their system has convenientally went down.
Not only that but they haven't taken any payment from my direct debit which should have been set, I've emailed and tried phoning about this only to be punted off to the finance company who didn't have any of my bank details even though they were given.
This is far from my first bad experience with this company as they will drag their heels at any opportunity. And god forbid if you have an accident and have to claim.
