I had a policy last year and spent over £1,300. I have had to call a few times for various reasons and have been on hold for over 25 minutes every single time. When I first took out my policy, this time last year, the upload portal wasn't working properly and I couldn't upload the required documents. I couldn't get through to anyone and started to receive letters threatening to cancel my policy. After a few days, I got through to someone and emailed them directly. A few days later I received a letter to say that my policy would be cancelled as I hadn't responded to them. I had to call again and was told that the policy would be re-activated. I have also been waiting over a week for an email with a copy of my NCB to send to my new insurer. Since I opened the policy I haven't had to contact the company all that much but on the occasions that I have, the customer service has been pretty rubbish.
