Customer service very poor..
Wanted to cancel within 13 hours of purchasing insurance as didnt have access to all the documents they needed.. Been told i will be charged £50 . This was not made clear to me on the purchase confirmation email. Contacted customer service and they were very un helpful. Would not allow me to speak with manager to request a reduction in rate and would not let me make a complaint! Also was told i had to email in order to cancel and could not do it over the phone after keeping me online for 20 minites!
