Painfully slow in dispatching orders. I received an email to say my order was received but I contacted them by telephone 2 weeks after placing the order because they didn't respond to any emails/socials. Nathan who picked up the phone just said "oh yeah that wasn't sent, apologies, i'll send that today" another week goes by with no dispatch confirmation so I called back, to be told it was sent. 2 more weeks go by still no sign of my order and then i'm told a replacement was sent. So yet another week goes by and I still haven't received my order so I just requested a refund. Absolutely dreadful service from a reputable label. I'll never order from Acid Jazz again.
