I bought a Connex laptop from their Palm Springs store late in 2021, it had technical glitches. I took in for repairs in February this year at President Hyper in Vanderbiljpark since it was still under warranty. I learned it was not booked in, they never called us, their number on the slip does not work.
Went to the store, was told it was kept in their store room for over 6 weeks, the store manager had it booked but was rejected as it now had a cracked screen!!!!!!! Inherited from their store!
