We walked into Ackermans at Somerset Mall to buy some clothes for my elderly mom. Well, although we are both male and very much in touch with our feminine side, we were a very soon out of our depth in the women's section of Ackermans as mommy dearest was at home and doesn't like shopping. We were soon approached by Monique who must've noticed how lost we seemed and we were blown away by how helpful, patient and professional she was. She even went to the back and without being asked, to look for new stock and find the right size. We are extremely critical of average customer service, but have to give credit where it is due. Monique is an absolute gem and critical to the survival of any business. Thank you and we will most certainly be back.
