I have made a payment arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances. The lady whom I spoke to , to try explain the situation was extremely rude she dropped the phone in my ear.
This is terrible!!
Atleast I tried to make the payment arrangement to pay as soon as possible!
I will never buy from them again and when my account is paid off I will not set foot in a Ackermans store.
