This agent has placed an aggressive and verbally abusive tenant in the property adjacent to my elderly parents. The tenant has also dumped a van with SORN overhanging my parents land, and when my father went round to ask him to move it, he was threatened both verbally and physically , and the police had to be called. My mother is in her late 80's , registered disabled , and can hardly stand. She can no longer get into the car adjacent to the house as the van is blocking her car door opening and isn't fit enough to walk beyond the drive and stand and wait while my father reverses the car out into the road.
Both my parents and myself have made Tim the agent aware of the situation , but when I asked him when he would be coming round to sort the situation he told me 'I am not answerable to you' . He also said he was just back from holiday and so hadn't been able to deal with it. When I asked why it couldn't be dealt with by somebody else in the office, he said he worked alone , raising the question of what happens if there are emergencies in his properties when he is on holiday. He has also failed to give us the owner's details as requested so we can go through them, apparently encouraging the law breaking.
He finally told me he would go round this week just ended, but the van is still present and overhanging my parents land with no attempt to move it.
I am not sure how anybody could use an agent as heartless as this who is obviously only interested in lining his own pocket and completely unethical. The worry of the whole situation and an uncaring agent is making my parents ill.
