From the outset, they were prompt, efficient and totally professional. It was a period of great stress but they didn't not apply undue sales pressure and let me consider my options. When I decided to go ahead, they were understanding and committed to an early installation and were empathetic in their management of me as a customer. I must commend them especially for their no quibble guarantee and prompt action when I was obliged to ask them to take the stairlift out.
