Before I joined Gary/PRO, I was working as a RI for someone else's mortgage brokerage firm. In that role, I did not have full control over my work and had to share commissions. I joined Gary/PRO because I had always dreamed of starting my own mortgage brokerage firm, and I wanted to be coached and network with other successful business owners who had already established their own mortgage brokerages. Since joining Gary/PRO, I have been able to transition from an RI at someone else's firm to becoming an AR with my own business, and I have also joined the correct network for me. Without Gary/PRO's coaching, it is likely that I would still be working as an RI on a self-employed basis for someone else. For anyone considering joining Gary/PRO, I highly recommend it.
