As a brand new adviser and business owner I was ignorantly unaware of all the responsibilities and tasks that I would have to do to achieve and maintain a successful business. Not just as an adviser by optimising systems, getting better at sales, and introducing the use of social media, but as a business owner. Implementation of systems and processes to streamline myself and my work so I have more time working on the business instead of in the business.
