I have used a couple of other major email marketing platforms and I have stuck with ActiveCampaign the longest because it outshines the rest! I've used ActiveCampaign for nearly 3 years now and have been so pleased with the functions, deliverability and reports, the Help articles (SO easy to navigate). If I can't find what I'm looking for in the Help section, customer service is prompt and I've always had a great experience. My business is virtually based and the additional features of funnels/automations, forms, landing pages are great. I highly recommend them! I did receive an Amazon gift card for leaving my honest feedback –– software such as AC is no small investment, but it's one I'm happy to make with a quality service! Don't cheap out on other platforms and miss out on delivered emails or A+ customer service.
