I must admit, I was sceptical when I spoke to Ethan from ActiveQuote back in January. I was not unhappy with my renewal price from my previous insurer and really started the conversation mainly out of politeness. However, Ethan found me a much better price with a different insurer and with extras included I didn't have before. What really motivated me to write a 5-star review was that there was a discrepancy in the information that Ethan used and my actual price was slightly higher than quoted, but ActiveQuote kindly sent me a cheque for the difference! I was really impressed and Ethan certainly deserves credit for his excellent service.
