I gave this review 3 stars rating it normal, however I could have given it less as initial phone call to me indicated that I was paying £132 for 2013/2014 and I was now going to be paying £130 for 2014/2015 resulting in a reduction in my payments also I was informed that I had made an amendment to policy in January 2014 neither of these statements was correct and I informed lady of this and she said she would call me back, I feel this happened due to lack of preparation of my case on behalf of caller.
When call back came following day caller recoqnised her failure previous day and informed me that I was correct in informing her payment information was incorrect, and she now informed me instead of a reduction in my 2014/2015 payments as previously informed there was now an increase in these payments which I have accepted also the amendment she referred to was made not by me but by active quote as a result of active quote making error in my address.
As I was asked to give a fair assessment of this process this I believe is what I have done and I would hope this will assist in future contacts.
