My policy renewal date is in early January and I was contacted too close to the renewal date to allow for a proper review of my policy needs. A letter from my insurers dated 16th Nov was forwarded to me on 23rd Dec and arrived on 3rd Jan leaving only 4 working days before my renewal date. I was contacted by phone between Christmas and New Year by Abbey who was friendly and helpful but the whole process was too rushed. Allowance should be made for public holidays in future.
