Two points.
The renewal letter from AVIVA is dated several weeks earlier than the date on which it reached me? Therefore little chance to think about the terms in advance of the renewal date.
Secondly, because of an ongoing requirement to visit my specialist consultant (6 monthly) I have no choice but to stick with AVIVA as, either restricted cover or no cover would be obtainable elsewhere. Therefore AVIVA have me over a barrel on the premium front and effectively they can name their price.
