1 star is pushing the boat out for this company, admittedly I did receive my order in timely fashion, but the work boots were small so returned the item via collect+ tracked the delivery back to the company they received the the boots back on the 19th Dec, no email to say they have received the item back and no refund issued as of yet. Emailed their customer services and no replies tried phoning the number I found online straight to answer phone and I have had to go through the credit card company to get my money back. Do yourselves a favour use a different company -5 stars imo AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! and if you didn't hear that AVOID!!!!!!!!!
