To whom it may concern,
I hearby write to you again to question what is going on. This situation is getting beyond frustrating. It's taken so many months for you guys to do the right thing but it seems with all the patience I've given you I still find myself here which is nowhere.
I demand an immediate full refund of the order that was returned back to your company unopened, full tracked next day delivered by Royal Mail reason for which I returned after being delivered months after I ordered it with no update or response to contacts I made to you. PLUS a £500 compensation for the personal stress and anxiety, time I have spent chasing you for months and the serious impact it has had on my client and the immeasurable loss of their customs to my small business. Your company and your the way you have treated me has severely affected me and the I have made you aware of this over and over, you chose to do nothing. It's an excuse after and excuse.
I expect a reply with confirmation that this will be in my bank account by the end of work today.
Following some legal advice, should you fail to do this, I will assume that you choose to settle this legally and as such I will have no choice but to proceed accordingly.
