All was good until shirts arrived printed in the wrong font, although emails had been sent to confirm. When I complained I was told that “the printer had said the chosen font was too thin so went with this one” - when I put it to them that it should have been my decision to choose another font the response was “consider embroidering next time”. Shame as it let down what was anticipated to be a good service. Won’t use again in case I get pink shirts next time instead of blue because “we didn’t have blue so sent pink instead” 🙄
