The item we purchased is sturdy and my daughter loves it. Although not all the wood items have been cut to the best as they’re obviously manufactured in a factory, some pieces don’t fit perfectly. But overall it is great quality. My major negative would be the delivery driver. Loaded it off his van, left it on my door step. When I said could he help me move it into the garden as can’t be left on the door step (too heavy for me to lift on my own), he said “No I can’t sorry” then walked to his van. No conversation or helpfulness at all. I then sarcastically said “well thanks for your help” and the driver said you are welcome and drove off. Poor customer service to be honest on that part. If you are not willing to put it where the customer asks you should make us aware you’ll be dropping it at the step so I could have arranged someone to help me.
