So my wifes order from Adam and eve was listed as delivered to the individual. By UPS, however my nor I received the package. My wife contacted customer service right away and told them about the situation to which customer service replied to contact UPS 🙄 which my wife did immediately after exactly 3 weeks of no response by phone email text or postal mail my wife again contacts Adam and eve customer service, telling them that she has not been contacted by UPS. To her surprise customer service informed her that ups Stated that they had not been able to get in contact with my wife so she would not be receiving a refund or have her order replaced. So my wife is ultimately out about $200. Since the time my wife reported her package missing and eve has removed all evidence of the order and her account she had with them. Adam and Eve have yet to make things right and essentially stole her money. This is the order number no record can be found 04192461261
