I ordered a dress which arrived on 8th of August, unfortunately ADASA sent me the wrong dresses as the order is meant for someone else not me. I've been on the phone tirelessly trying to resolve this, it's been 8 days and I'm yet to hear anything at all back from their Processing team who is supposed to send me instructions. I've no idea what the instructions are, can't talk to the team either. You have literally caused me so much stress and paying for international calls as you don't reply to emails. The dress is for my engagement party, it's not cheap either, you've totally ruined this for me. Do not order from Adasa unless you want to spend weeks stressing because of their incompetence. I just can't understand why couldn't you send me the correct dress and I would've returned the ones you sent in error?!?!
Only rating the dress even though I haven't seen it so that I'm not slagging Marsoni as it's not their faulr
