I am an old-school shopper. I love going into a star to see touch and feel and try on my Clothes before making a purchase. So needless to say ordering online Is not my preferred method. I originally ordered with a different company and had a terrible experience. Their customer service was unhelpful and their communication was inefficient. I was skeptical about trying to order a dress for a very special occasion through this company based on my previous experience with the other, but I’m so glad that I took the chance because my dress is exactly as shown in the picture and fits me perfectly. The only adjustments I will make is to the hymn to make the dress shorter to fit my height. I contacted their customer service to check on the status of my order right away. The chat team member was professional timely, and went above and beyond. Not only was my experience with customer service and ordering my dress exceptional. My dress also arrived before the schedule delivery date! All around, I give this company a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend to any one who is looking for a dress for a special occasion!
