Driver no show and have been charged!! Booked Addison Lee to pick me up for a hospital appointment, and 5 mins before they were due to arrive it said I still had not been allocated a driver and would be 15mins to find one. Luckily managed to get an Uber, but added to the stress of going to hospital unnecessarily. If you don’t have the drivers shouldn’t be taking the booking. Hadn’t used Addison Lee for at least two years after they previously didn’t turn up for airport pick-up and this was me giving them another try thinking maybe now post covid would be better. Have now just seen that have been charged for the driver no-show. What a joke.
