Genuinely the best company I've discovered this year. Had a question, chatted to a real person on the chat panel, made a purchase immediately and it arrived 18 hours later. Was so impressed I immediately referred a friend who went on to make the same purchase from additive-x despite the product being available elsewhere. I believed the person on the chat was called Rachel, and genuinely couldn't have been any more helpful even checking stock and confirming it's presence despite the website not being up to date due to inventory just coming in. Infact have been so impressed I haven't looked elsewhere since and have a basket ready to check out of consumables and parts. Business done right.
