I would have to say hand on heart, Additive-X are one of the best companies I have ever have the pleasure of dealing with. I’m a complete novice to 3D printing but had already decided that I wanted the Bambu Labs P1S with the AMS. Obviously I had questions and they were more than helpful. They said if I had any other questions or needed advice, just give them a call, and I have done that on a few occasions. Always helpful advice from everyone I have spoken to. Their customer service is absolutely second to none in my very humble opinion and other companies could and should take a leaf out of Additive-X’s book as to how to do things professionally. I’m so pleased that I made my purchase with them and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all at Additive-X 🙂
