I began this process with Francesca following a LinkedIn request when I first got in to PR; a year and a half later, I spoke to both her and Carolyn - two of the most professional and friendly recruiters I've had the pleasure of working with. The role I was put forward for exactly fit my specification (no small task), and was coupled with regular phonecalls and the occasional interview tip. At no point was there an 'opportunity' available in the pipleline (as with numerous other recruiters) - Adlib were straight to the point, and stood head and shoulders above other agencies. I would absolutely use Adlib again should the need arise, although following such an excellent role, I genuinely hope it doesn't!
