Having stumbled upon ADLIB via common LinkedIn connections, I dealt with Sam who was very understanding of my needs when relocating from London to Cardiff. His overall knowledge of the design industry in Bristol was vast and never once did I felt patronised when discussing my ideal agency to work at (unlike some other recruiters I've dealt with over the years!) I also dealt with Rupert who informed me of a great role in Cardiff, which I eventually got. Very well mannered and always keen to know how I got on with my interviews, Rupert did an excellent job communicating with me during the whole process.
