The Adlib team have been great to work with over the years. I've always found them to be very responsive, friendly and approachable. They seem to have mastered the art of taking away the slightly tricky I-don't-actually-know-you side of recruitment. The team remember me and what I'm looking for and have often been in touch because they've found a great great job that might genuinely be interested in and which meets my needs - not something they're trying to shoehorn me into. I feel I can rely on the Adlib team to be helpful, honest, reliable and even generous enough to give me a pep talk when things don't quite go to plan. A bunch of good eggs indeed.
