Why can't I give less than 1*... Where do I begin? Over priced and does not work. We were called everyday during the night, multiple times, to say our alarm was going off. We were in the house asleep with no signs of the alarm going off. Noone, until the day I cancelled the contract, tried to help. Despite multiple calls and emails. Once I was finally able to cancel our contract, ADT had the cheek to continue to charge our direct debit. Thankfully I anticipated this and watched out for it.
ADTs customer service is nothing short of atrocious. They will have no customers soon with the market being flooded with other alarm systems.
