I have had a adt alarm installed it’s been my second one I am finding that I can not afford the monitoring fee so I cancelled it.
I have had too ring adt today and they that they don’t have NO record of me cancelling it and they said for me too cancel I have too pay them £700 which I don’t have.
Told them I am on minimum wage but they don’t care they just want your money !.
I have cancelled the service a month a go also some one was meant too ring 2 weeks still not heard from any one I will have to go through trading standards I think just too get this resolved.
