Ordered a package everything was good until it came to delivery of the package, wrote specific delivery instructions on such package and they were not followed resulting in my package being tossed over our fence and the family dog then destroying it. Have been trying to sort it out for the last couple of days but only had a few emails replying to me so far. Still not yet resolved so I'm still waiting. The purchasing part and the user friendliness of the website is good but they may need to give their delivery team a bit of a tune up and maybe some reading lessons. 😂
