1. I had a lot of issue trying to check out
2. Ordered my package on the 29/3, still hasn't arrived on 15/4
3. Customer service very responsive when I report a site issue, but nothing when I report my parcel missing.
4. Aus Post says that it was only sent out on 12/4 (to arrive 16/4) but yet it's 'on time' so not sure if that's their fault or it was never actually sent in the first place.
